Globally, it is observed that inequalities between genders are escalating in terms of women's education, participation in economic life, opportunities and presence in the political areana. This inequality leads to profound differences and inequalities of opportunity in our country. Studies on existing discrimination and inequalities are a predicament not only for non-governmental organizations but also for society.
As Ali Yavuzçehre Foundation, we believe in the transformative effect of change. With this belief,
we strive to mainstream gender, which is an integral part of the human rights-based approach.

In our operations as Ali Yavuzçehre Foundation,
To eliminate existing causes by getting to the commencement of inequalities,
-To be involved in decision-making processes, including legal regulations, policies and programs,
To design policies and programs in all economic, political and social fields, based on the problems and experiences of women and men,
Implementation by supporting the equal participation of men and women in decision-making processes,
To make public interventions more effective and to eliminate inequalities,
To measure, monitor and track the various effects of interventions and its tools on gender groups,
We aim to create a holistic framework of the human rights-based approach by prioritizing it.
