SOCIAL IMPACT

The Ali Yavuzçehre Foundation works for groups who are called underpriviliged individuals who are economically, socially and culturally disadvantaged in society. olan gruplara yönelik çalışmalar yapar.

For the purpose of the Foundation, it determines the needs of unfortunate individuals, develops projects and actualizes activities to meet those needs.

Through these activities, it is aimed to ensure that individuals live in more "equal" conditions in society. It is aimed to disseminate the perspective of gender equality in all endeavors, to carry out activities in consideration of human rights, and to improve the access of individuals with limited opportunities to basic rights such as education and employment.

Talking Hands

As Ali Yavuzçehre Foundation, our aim is;

To ensure the dissemination of Turkish sign language in society, to take a huge step towards equal and full participation of deaf individuals in business life, to ensure their access to employment and economic freedoms, which are their fundamental rights, to raise awareness about sign language learning, to create a supportive and inclusive culture compatible with deaf culture.

Social Gender Equality

The empowerment of women and girls is vital for building a sustainable future. Therefore, we are working to reduce existing inequalities and to ensure that women have a preeminent say in economic life through actions in this field.

Healing with Labour

In our "Healing with Labour" project, we established a vocational training line within the Denizli Organized Industrial Zone and provided technical training for 8 weeks to women who were subjected to violence and had no professional experience, and at the end of the training period, we employed women who were victims of violence and faced obstacles in the job seeking process, finding a job and participating in the labour market.
