To carry out ventures for individuals who do not have equal opportunities in society and to carry out activities in the fields of gender equality, education, culture and arts, and scholarships by acting with a collective consciousness in our work.

- To mainstream the gender equality perspective in all endavours,

- To carry out activities by observing human rights,

- Increase access to basic right such as education and employment for individuals with limited opportunities,

- Implementing projects especially for youth and women.
