One of the aims of the Ali Yavuz\u00e7ehre Foundation is to ensure inclusive communication in society and the business life for individuals with hearing loss.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">For this purpose, Ali Yavuz\u00e7ehre Foundation wants to combat all kinds of obstacles and prejudices by enabling individuals with hearing loss to use sign language, overcome communication barriers and communicate effectively, and to support the principles of equality, inclusion and diversity in the business life with the use of sign language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">To ensure the dissemination of Turkish sign language in the society,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">To take a major leap towards the equal and full involvement of deaf individuals in the business life,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">To ensure that deaf individuals have access to their fundamental rights to employment and economic freedom,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">To raise awareness about sign langugage comprehension,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">To create a supportive and inclusive culture compatible with deaf culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">In our Talking Hands project, where we take steps to ensure equality in the business life, we implement projects and studies within the institution in order to achieve this equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">With this purpose, amongst our project,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">-Communication-based studies of institutions that have deaf colleagues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">-Increasing intelligibility and communication quality by supporting direct communication through the use of sign language,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-poppins-font-family eplus-wrapper wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:14px;text-transform:none\">-We ensure that individuals with hearing loss can maintain their sturdy points of focus,
